Vincent Edward Jackson owned professional sports and media in the late 1980s
and early 1990s.
The only athlete ever to be an all-star in professional baseball and football
was just that.
In college Bo considered joining the USA Olympic team as a sprinter but
didn't due to lack of financial security.
His athletic prowess was second to none. On the football field Bo ran
around, past, over and through anybody trying to bring him down.
On the baseball diamond Bo demonstrated power and speed never seen before in
baseball whether it was hitting 500 foot home runs, or making explosive plays in
the outfield or on the base paths.
Bo Jackson's career came to an abrupt, freakishly end when he was tackled on
the sideline in an awkward manner which caused his thigh bone to be dislocated
from his hip. Bo supposedly popped it back in.
Physically Impressive Because
With a solid 225 pound frame Bo Jackson was one of the most explosive
athletes of all time.

A dropping Jaw was the first thing that happened when anybody watched Barry
Sanders play football.
American Football is the ultimate team sport. A single player's success
often depends on the other 10 teammates on the field and a coaching staff
of dozens all doing their job correctly.
When Barry Sanders touched the football, nothing else mattered but Barry.
Barry was a 1 man wrecking crew on the field and he did it with unrivaled
agility, quickness, balance along with tremendous speed, vision and power.
Physically Impressive Because
The things Barry Sanders did on the football field defied logic. In a

His short stature (5'8") and powerful legs (well over 500lb squat) allowed
Barry to move like no other person has ever moved on the gridiron

1. Alexander Karelin
A Scientific Experiment ?
His conditioning, quickness, and incredible physical stature for his weight,
perhaps combined with his dominance of the sport, led to him being known as "The
Experiment" by much of the rest of the world.
The term connoted the notion that his strength and skill were the result of some
kind of scientific experiment.
When asked why he thought he was called that, Karelin noted that others don't
understand because "I train every day of my life as they have never trained a
day in theirs."
Karelin has since retired from wrestling competition. He now is active in
Russian politics. He also holds a PHD in physical Education.
Physically Impressive Because:
Superhuman strength and a physique seemingly carved out of granite is what made
Karelin so physical impressive.
