4. Chips & DipsChips and Dips

Everyone Already knows how Healthy Potato Chips are !

Most everyone also knows that Super Bowl parties are not complete without numerous bowls of chips with great dips.

3.    BeerBeers

What is a Super Bowl Party without a Glass of Beer ?

Glass of beer hey?  That is obviously a great understatement considering beer is consumed before, during and after every Super Bowl regardless of how bad an ugly blowout the game is.

One beer is a models 153 calories but if you drink 10, that is a whopping 1500+ calories. The bulk of these calories coming from alcohol which contains 7 calories per gram.

The worst part about alcohol in your diet is it is easily converted into excess body fat and takes very little energy to do so making Super Bowl Sunday a beer gut in the waiting.

2. Buffalo WingsBuffalo Wings Spicy or Not They will make you Fat

Ever Wonder why they're called Buffalo Wings ?

It may not be one of life's greatest mysteries but maybe its because you will be as heavy as a buffalo after eating them and get your angel's wings after your coronary arteries become completely blocked?

Even though buffalo wings are rich in protein and low in carbohydrates they make up for it by having an incredible amount of saturated fat and cholesterol.

Top that off with some high-fat ranch dressing dip and the fact that you will probably eat more than the single 1000+ calorie serving and you can see why buffalo wings are one of the worst super bowl foods even though you haven't the slightest clue why they are called buffalo wings.

1. NachosNachos

Nachos are like Chips and Dip on Steroids

You are most definitely going to "make a run for the border" after consuming your fair share of nachos this Super Bowl Sunday.

Nachos are the worst foods because they have enough saturated fat and cholesterol to give most unhealthy people an instant heart attack.

All kidding aside nachos are the worst Super Bowl food because they have so many add-ons which can make them even worse.

With nachos you don't have ingredients but you can pick your poison with high fat ingredients including greasy ground beef, guacamole, sour cream, nacho sauce and of course cheese or more than likely "pasteurized processed cheese food."
